Continuously changing leadership and business strategy. A dying culture that has slowly become less diverse within leadership. Continuous layoffs and major instability. Pay has become less competitive due to poor financial conditions. Very opaque leadership who want to appear transparent but the closed door conversations are obvious. Product offering is weak and the market for Unbounce is super saturated. Several company acquisitions and recent merger have simply complicated the business vs strengthened it. Low morale within teams and heavy/constant attrition - leads to poor execution.
