The culture is awesome and inviting.Great food, drinks and socially satisfying. Unboxed is a place where you can be fulfilled daily, weekly and monthly through the work and satisfaction of serving clients.

Management, doesn't know how to lead. The direction is sloppy, inconsistent and out-dated. Directors and Senior Managers lead by bullying and harassing team members into submission. Adolescent behavior is prevelant in every decision and most interactions. Working at Unboxed is similar to being a cast member of, House of Cards. House of Cards a Netflix series about corrupt and manipulative power struggles.
