      Management is pathetic! CEO is a child with a popsicle. He will just target few people just to please himself. If he laughs you will feel like slapping him, since because of his management the company is failing big time. CSM process is not defined and all you will be doing is taking care of support tickets, might as well change this to a customer support role and hire people with less package. From day 1 you will feel as if you are back in school and it's such a wasted effort.

      1) Good market - ecommerce search is a large market 2) Good traction - company has grown over the past 2 years

      1) Recently lots of senior management and overall employee have come from Akamai and there is extreme partiality towards them. New COO is from Akamai and is comfortable with only people he has worked with in the past. Does not trust old employees who have delivered constantly for so many years 2) Founders have given up on the company. No longer have an opinion or say in company decisions. Blindly following what new Akamai employees are saying 3) No respect for paying bonuses on time. Keep making excuses. Losing ethical value
