      My time at the Uncommon Individual Foundation was an amazing experience, they provided me relevant experience I needed to succeed in the work force. Some jobs I was tasked with handling were competitor reviews, marketing research, business analysis, and project management. The culture at UIF is very laid back, as long as you work hard and get your work done on time there are no problems at all.

      Depending on the entrepreneurs sometimes there weren't projects available that fit your skill set or did not expose you to new skills.

      This is up there for best job I've ever had. Everyone is extremely helpful in teaching you how to fix any problems you have. they educate you on every area you need to learn and make you experts on your field. Such a chill environment.
