Bad Management/Leadership - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso Under Armour

Retail shop using mostly outdated system so team need to do a lot of manual reacord. Staff perdonal performance and improvemnt is not the priority. Retail manager demand numbers without giving retail team clear direction. Salary low but company expectation most of the time is low too. Communication within the company is very poor and retail management do not really have a lot of good ideas and refuse to change ways of doing business.
