Vantaggi
+ Good benefits (apparel discount, happy hours, flexible work hours, bonus, etc) + Great culture + You'll get to work with some really smart, cool people + If you're into sports, fitness or nutrition, there's a lot to like culture and team-wise
Svantaggi
- Company is going through tough time == cutting back on some benefits like attending conferences and travel - UA has a record of going full steam ahead on a project and then bailing after months or years of work or focusing on projects that most users don't seem to care about (eg. UA Record and Healthbox, Jump test, multiple internal efforts) - Not the most competitive pay - Management seems to only focus on the next 3-6 months and that roadmap can change very quickly - UA has a hard time finding and keeping a VP of engineering leading to lack of direction - Current CTO doesn't seem to care about employees and appears to view them solely as code monkeys - UA is recently losing some of its best engineers along with years of domain knowledge - There are some growth opportunities but they are few and far between
