No work life balance. Working day/night/weekends and even when out sick or on medical...expect phone calls! You have a laptop and are expected to be plugged in 24/7. Poor management or lack there of. No teamwork and unnecessary cubicle drama. No training and not compliant. I was left to “figure it out” but no one audits the process to ensure that once you “figured it out” it is or is not correct. Oh and expect to be called when you are out on medical to process work, due to lack of team. Yelling and belittling of teammates and temps by two individuals left the department with three people (temps and perms) leaving without notice. Employees checking the salaries of others left me feeling uncomfortable as well. Just overall a very unhealthy work environment. Not posting positions internally. I seen departments bring in temps and not post the open positions. I can go on and on...but it’s not worth my time any longer. I left and finally have my life back!
