As a young company, they were disorganized, and it was unclear to me how to make myself useful. When I proposed strategies or offered to take on greater responsibilities, I was ignored. My greatest strengths went underutilized. Delegation of tasks and assignments was inconsistent, so I spent a lot of time wasted, waiting for instructions. And in general, it wasn't clear to me what the company was providing its clients.
