You have highlighted two of the most important things when it comes to building the business – our skills and our people. I’m so glad that’s been your experience at UnderwriteMe. Some time ago we came to the same conclusion about our use of contractors and began a programme to ‘convert’ almost all of our contractors to employees. We were thrilled that they wanted to join us and become a more permanent part of the wider team and to join us on this journey. At the time of writing, we only have a couple of contractors in the business who work with very specific skillsets in defined, shorter term projects.
