Great place to work and amazing customers.

Difficult to find honest and hard working staff but the company is so well organized, our customers are well supported.

Convenient location close to I-75, nice office, on-site parking, meet lots of new people

High technician turnover, no training, and mediocre pay. Owner is a hypocrite... claiming to be a Godly man but he is not. He is a liar; condescending, rude, money-hungry, immature, unprofessional, and believes every employee is disposable. The benefits he claims are so great are far less than you will get anywhere else and he is the one that put "benefits are like an enterprise company" on Glassdoor. The company doesn't even offer short/long-term disability, paid bereavement leave, or 401k matching. There is no benefit in staying with the company for long periods of time as benefits never change or increase.
