The company is failing and it won’t take you long to notice. Leadership are clueless about what to do and they hide from the rest of the company. Ask them to tell you about their performance metrics too in the interview. A large number of people recently left. Heard about many toxic stories from people on different teams struggling with their managers but they get swept under the rug. Seems like everyone is openly job hunting. The only people that stay are desperately clinging on. Leadership communication keeps getting brought up as an issue but nothing ever seems to be done about it. So many amazing people joined thinking they’re making a difference but then they leave when it hits them.
