Good reputation within the Open Source development community. Fun quarterly parties, break room fruit / drinks. The clients in the education industry are extremely nice and reasonable to work with.

There are a number of employees and management who lack substantive experience outside of Unicon, and a couple of key tenured employees are difficult to work with. Compensation can be on the low side, and the company does shrink and grow quite a bit based on the sales pipeline, so keep a good eye on your billable utilization.
