Very good benefits; A few new people who are trying to make a difference and are reliable to work with;

Too much people are just lazy and don't want to grow or work; Technology is pretty old (JSF 1.2 at the front-end i.e.) and most of the projects which involves new tech is handled to outsourced companies;

Salário bom, Horários flexíveis e equipes bem divididas.

Desorganização, falta de processos, lentidão, cascateamento, Lideranças pouco especializadas na tecnologia, cargos desnecessários.
