Very good benefits; A few new people who are trying to make a difference and are reliable to work with;

Too much people are just lazy and don't want to grow or work; Technology is pretty old (JSF 1.2 at the front-end i.e.) and most of the projects which involves new tech is handled to outsourced companies;

Old banking trying to revamp itself. Lack of technology knowledge bring lot of opportunities.

Third party employees everywhere. High employee turnover rate. People trying to keep the status quo (to keep their jobs).
