Many promises not kept, for example... lack of time off, changing schedules last minute (non-emergent), letting employees go that stand up for themselves and others, raises are minimal at best, if at all. Extremely undermanned due to the desire to max out profit margins, yet not hiring more employees to keep up with demand. Months with only 1-2 days off. Constantly switching back and forth between day jobs and evening jobs, multiple times in the same week, with excessive travel in between. When bringing up serious issues, problems, or safety concerns to the corporate management, all concerns are thrown aside. A literal statement from the corporate office that if you don’t like it then leave. There is no longer a personnel connection with customers as jobs are crammed in as many as possible with little time in between, vastly reducing the quality of service per customer.
