Tremendous people and foundation. Unify has always been able to attain partner and client trust through its people. Solutions are fundamentally sound and have great potential in serving the ever evolving market but need to evolve as the market evolves. Unify has the potential to once again be a market leader - it is up to the leadership to commit.

Needs to re-spark innovation. It's a new world order in Unified Communications and traditional solutions are no longer 'good enough'. The organization is very risk averse and lacks the will to take the risks needed to seperate from the pack. As such, market share will continue to erode and the company will lose sustainability if things do not change.
