The recruiting process has been a wonderful experience so far at Unify. Everyone has been wonderful to work with so far. They have been very responsive with my questions and have been very transparent regarding company culture, bonus, and benefits. I think this reflects strongly on the values of them as a company. I have also met over eight people across different levels at Unify, and they all seem to really like working for the company. They were also transparent regarding some of their challenges. While Unify is a smaller consulting firm, I do think they have the ability to continue to grow and increase their client base. The company also offers way better work life balance than other larger firms while still offering a very competitive salary.
