Ubicacion, comedor, proveeduria, estacionamiento, cada tanto eventos copados

Se dicen innovadores y tardan demasiado en alcanzar tecnologias actuales, ponen demasiados obstaculos para mejorar procesos y solo recompensan a gente que es amiga, sin importar que trabaje bien (incluso perjudicando a la gente que hace bien su trabajo, quitando parte del bono para darle a sus amigos!!!). A la gente que quiere proponer cosas nuevas o ayudar a que el equipo prospere, no le dan ningun incentivo para quedarse y hasta la pueden llegar a excluir. Los sueldos dejan muchisimo que desear.

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
