The compensation and benefits package are very good. Unilever has a number of talented individuals who are open to mentoring and sharing information. The work enviroment is fast paced and challenging.

Svantaggi

There has been constant organization changes that creates a climate of uncertainty. At times this is difficult to deal with. Many people need to put in long hours which leaves little time for family activities.

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
