Great people to work with, processes were easy enough to learn and adhere to, pay was ok, work-life balance was amazing.

New SVP came in to restructure the department, had a round of departmental layoffs and has changed up the structure of the PMO team. The layoffs were performed sloppily. Sales pipeline not great for 2025, so not as much work to do with no new clients coming in. Lack of communication within the team as well as cross-departmentally causes all sorts of confusion and frustration. Lack of career growth within roles in the PMO department.

Like many growing technology companies, priorities can move quickly and the pace can be demanding. There are times when internal processes, handoffs, and communication could be tighter, especially as the company scales. That said, the intent is usually good, and people are generally willing to help when you ask.
