Most of the people here are friendly and simple, however, some departments are having politics and favoritism.. if your manager does not like you, or not bias to you, basically there is no progression for you.. u have to good in pretending by putting urself as a shoe polisher to get on what you deserve if not No Management is stingy yet HR is not helping employees to fight for their benefits and entitlement hence they are part of the main to cut off the entitlement by using the term of cutting budget and to save cost which is not fair to the staffs who have work so hard for you… they deserve the raise and paid No sympathy, no human skill and never think in others shoe makes employees heart turn cold and no longer seek help from HR since no help at all Workable people kept leaving, but no action been taken.. is truly sad to see a fun and happy working environment turn to be this bad..

-Building look nice -your got a job

-top management very stingy -very typical china man company -they think their salary is above market rate infact is opposite, i feel under pay. -not much good benefits to staff -you will get a pay but work for double workload. -top management never think about their company issue why so much staff resign.
