Low pay. After a few years you’ll be offered a 50cents or dollar per hour raise. They won’t pay more since as you’ll be told they can find others to do it for less. The lead installers treat the newer installers pretty bad even when they are good workers. Hours are unknown. You’ll get the next days hours at 5pm the day before. You might start at 3am or 5pm for a 8 hour shift. If the job is done early you won’t get your 8 hours. You’ll be forced to add your PTO hours to get a full 40 on your time card.
