I worked there as an intern and they paid late salaries. They hired students from NITs and IITs with hope of good packages but then reduced their packages to even less tha half of what they offered and the students had no choice but to accept their conditions as on campus placements are over by then. Fixed working hours with micromanagment and HR noting your every move. Made us work for extra hours and forced us till the work is not completed you can't leave. Non negociable notice period and frequent firings. You will feel pressure all the time, no growth and mobile phoes are not allowed inside. They will tell you what you'll do after going from here, just work here till 9 or even 10 without any pay for extra hours. This is the worst company I think you can work for.
