Svantaggi
Leadership does not know how to run a company, and is instead driven by greed and ego. Though they have fooled the public (and maybe even themselves) into believing they’re acting altruistically, in practice, they have taken all of the money for themselves while shutting all other employees out. For example, leadership chose to spend exorbitant sums on redesigning the office with overpriced furniture when it could have used that on employee salaries. Business and personnel decisions are made recklessly without rational justification. These decisions are never transparently communicated, contributing to a perpetual sense of fear and insecurity both within the operations and HR teams, as well as the company generally. Employees, especially those working in design and engineering also cannot trust each other due to the rampant backstabbing that leadership encourages. Given the company's notoriously toxic reputation, it has struggled to attract competent talent. Those who have have chosen to join are bottom of the barrel, with minimal experience in their respective job functions. At bottom, largely due to leadership's personalities and incompetence, no one is happy here. Compensation is insufficient, the work is unfulfilling, the long-term business outlook is poor, and the employees are neither smart nor kind.
