Appreciated meeting multiple different people and levels as part of the interview process. Love that the CEO is the final round "interview" for certain levels including mine. Was less of an interview and more a time to ask him questions directly about the Unit vision and product. It's great to see a CEO so involved in the hiring process and cares about the new people brought on. Thought that the onboarding was super helpful. Especially compared to other organizations that I've been in. Lots of documents to read and learn about the company history, processes, and visions. This could be due to size since we are a lean company. It may be harder to maintain CEO interview involvement and great onboarding process as the company scales.

In my short time it seems like the priorities have been shifted a little but that could be a sign of changing market conditions in the fintech space. Con that comes with any multinational company is working with people across different timezones and regions. Navigating schedules and working hours that work for multiple offices can be a challenge but most companies deal with that now.
