      This company truly offers the best work-life balance I’ve experienced. They provide replacement days off, and the colleagues are highly supportive of each other. Career paths are well-structured and transparent, making professional growth clear and achievable. The onboarding process is smooth, supported by their own talent management website. I was also sponsored to take the ISTQB certification, which shows their commitment to employee development. The benefits and facilities are excellent and genuinely improve employees’ well-being, with comprehensive insurance coverage as well.

      One of the challenges is having to adjust to European working hours, as the workforce is spread across different countries. Additionally, the many layers of management sometimes slow down decision-making and create a bureaucratic feel in the workflow.
