They pay developers with peanuts, not a place to stay for money. Their turnover is extremely high due to lack of benefits, but this seems to be a company policy. High paid management with high bonuses, low paid engineers. Due to this fact that there are new developers all the time, the product is now full of bugs. There is hardly no experienced code reviewer left.
