Keeping our people connected is a priority for us, we achieve this through several initiatives: core office hubs with state-of-the-art facilities and customer meeting areas, dedicated social committees in each country, and community challenges. Additionally, we have Employee Resource Groups focused on Women, Pride, People of Colour and Mental Health and Access, where you can join to help foster inclusion, empowerment, and equity in Unit4. We encourage you to join the different activities we offer! The wellbeing of our people is always top of mind for Unit4. If you need assistance, please know we also have several programs and support functions in place to ensure our people are happy and healthy. These include mental health support and an Employee Assistance Program, mindfulness with Headspace and wellbeing programs from Espresa.
