CEO expects people to work 70 hour weeks, schedule weekend work and meetings. Any work travel done on personal time. Managers makes promises to people about money or advancement and then change their mind. Managers have no experience in the industry and don’t help their teams get better or learn. A company value is direct feedback, which management uses an excuse to attack people. No reviews, unclear goals for employees. Worst job I’ve ever had
