The company culture is extremely lax which encourages people to stay. Everyone is very welcoming and the workload is light. There's a gym and everyone treats you like a part of the family.

The company operates under the "we've always done it this way" model so if you're here to bring fresh ideas and talent - save it. There is no room for promotions or growth here. The turnover rate is low and that's because the workload is light and no one blinks an eye when you take long lunches, go on long errands, or work out in the gym an hour or two before your assigned off time. The pay is well below industry standards, I worked here for 4 years and never once received a raise.
