Some Employees are nice to work with. Free bagel and pretzel day and other office fun. If that's important to you, then you will like UBC.

The REMS management staff is disconnected from their employees, and they do not foster employee growth. People leaders should consist of actual leaders and not PMs who were promoted into a leadership role.

Extremely good team culture. Everyone is helpful and forthcoming. Focused on patient care. Flexible time off. Fully remote and cameras off. Defined process for the most important processes. Amazing how so many people have been with UBC for 10+ years.

Potential to overwork oneself with back to back to back meetings and heavy client workload.

HR is NOT your Friend‼️ Micromanagement Always Changing Abuse of Power Biased You’ll stay in your current role for years without a promotion. UBC proves that Women of Color does have to work 5x harder to be recognized. They offer yearly bonuses but you’ll never see it because every year they’ll come up with some excuse. You’re yearly raises will never be over or near 50 cent so you’ll stay in the same dollar amount for at least three/four years. I’d you try to transfer to another program they’ll write you up and keep you in the same position and program. EEOC ASAP
