Toxic working Environment Poor Salary Bullying attitude by Management (specificallly the Financial Director who regularly shouted at me (and other staff) in front of other members of staff. Poor work / life balance Incredibly cavalier attitude to the Franchisees, some of whom had sunk their life savings into the business, but treated like second-class citizens. After I left, they undertook a "pre-pack" administration to save themselves from the obligation of paying a LOT of money to landlords etc.
