The people at USS are second to none. It is a great place to work.

I can't really think of anything negative to say about the job. I would work there again.

None to speak of due to the pattern this ceo has shown in the community and her reputation of hoe she hits below the belt in her treatment of some employees.

Owned and run by family, sisters. Unprofessional office environment because if one family member has an issue with an employee, they all band together. You are not given a chance to explain anything, esp. if parts of the info needed to know will show you were doing your job. Slam bam, you are out.
