You get exposure to work with goverment based projects and other big client projects also job security is good as all the employees are working from long time who joined as a fresher back in 2020,2021 so all have good bonding and helpfull nature. I joined in a fresher and had great exposure and colleagues who support all the time.

compensation part is not as per market standard, it is too low
