Very low pay with no potential for any raises - Recensione dipendente - Assembler I presso Unitron (TX)

There is no potential for a raise. It is ridiculous that there are employees who have been working here for decades, yet still only make the equivalent of what some teenagers would make at their first job. This company takes advantages of older employees and immigrants who have absolutely no where else to go. At the very least, pay should be increased to keep up with the rising cost of living yet there is no concern about this from upper management. They say the company is like a family, but yet they don't pay their employees enough to be able to take care of their real families.
