Very reasonable assessment of pay and benefits; they're non-profit but remain competetive with other employers in the area. They foster a culture of kindness, saying 'thank you', and caring for employees needs and work-life balance.

I don't consider this much of a con, but just to fill the required space - they've grown really rapidly. It can be hard to implement processes that work on a large scale that are built on a small-scale foundation. There are still improvements to be made, but they address them pretty effectively.
