New management took over in 2019, brought in a toxic, combative, and sneaky energy with them. Penny pinch with raises, and will lie to you about potential promises. I personally was promoted very fast with prior management due to a good work ethic and reputation with my customer site. When new management took over, I was asked to do something dangerous and raised attention. I then was asked to voluntarily step down a position when i complained that my supervisor berated me for refusing to work in unsafe conditions which could cause harm or death to someone.
