+There was decent pay and insurance.

-Management is not entirely honest nor transparent with employees on decisions or changes. -There is limited transparency on changes or processes. -There is so much turnover in upper and executive management that the company's website doesn't even list C-suite. It is hard to have consistent leadership with that much turnover. -Proper procedures were regularly not followed.
