Upper management has no vision. They play minimal role in guiding team. You are left to fight for yourself and your work. There are more politicians than employees here.
The people who avoid responsibility, ownership, accountability and who dont cooperate with other employees are not reprimanded. So those who work sincerely suffer. After a few years/months you burn out and loose motivation to work.
No processes have been set in the bank because this is something senior people do but they are too busy doing politics.
