Some growing pains from a historically small company trying to figure out how to grow into a big player

As someone said before there are really no pros besides the non-management people. Products lack innovation and employees are underpaid and overworked.

Management is terrible and it’s been a revolving door for years and years. They keep changing things every year and the results keep getting worse. Compensation is below average for the Bay Area and cost of living adjustments are meager and inconsistent. Also don’t count on your bonus. There is no vision and the CEO just seems content to change the deck chairs every year on this sinking ship.
