They do not care about their employees which is why their upper management changes at least a few times a year. They pay middle management and above a lot but everyone below that gets scraps. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND REFUSE TO PAY YOU WHAT YOU ARE WORTH. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. So many people have left this company, do not be desperate and take a job from here.
