My favorite part about working here was the culture: the people were friendly and your voice is always heard. The work was appropriately challenging and the seniors care about the juniors they mentor. The CTO was a very respectable Software Engineer and very open-minded given you have a good reason, and is always willing to help given he has time.

There were no specific cons.
