Regional team was very supportive and worked cohesively. There was cooperation through all of the Americas in implementing customer support and service that would actually put costumer first, with great transparency and leadership up to C Level involved.

But the result of 2024 was not what the market expected, and a merger with MiR was announced, along with a 10% cut in personnel. Leadership was changed overnight and everyone was scrambling for the best part of the year. There is a major culture change in UR. It is no longer the company that values agility and independence, but one that ins now very corporate and wants the reports filed in time before customer satisfaction. it's actually sad. Also it is notoriously difficult to progress a career in this company.
