Hard Work Pays Off - Recensione dipendente - Senior Account Manager presso Universal Signature

I worked over the summer to gain more experience. The office was a lot better then I imagined. I had a paid internship which was awesome! I was able to have a lot of one on ones with different individuals from different departments to figure out what I wanted. I loved sitting down with management to figure out my strengths. I have to leave now because the semester starts back up soon but I do plan to come back during my breaks.

Honestly nothing at the moment, maybe it's because I haven't had many experiences in an office environment yet but I did really enjoy my time here.

Loved the environment. Loved how it is merit-based so I do not have to wait in line to grow based on seniority or anything. It is all based on my work ethic. I also was really happy with the communication and support from management and human resources. They helped me a lot and addressed my concerns.

A bit fast paced but that was probably more on me because I wanted to get going.
