This company treats its employees like crap! They could not care less about you. To them your just a number. Pay raises are far and few between and when they are promised they find a way to screw up your paycheck! Managements is an absolute joke!

I have seen entry level employees promoted to supervision and then to upper management. We believe in the employees and promote within when possible. The business is stronger than I have ever seen. Lots of growth at USAP. Come join our team!!

We are a steel mill. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Hard work every day and shift.

Pros of the Job: - There are a handful of exceptional coworkers who are genuine and make the workplace enjoyable.

Disadvantages of the Job: - The training provided is inadequate, lacking proper materials and resources. - Communication within the team is poor. - There is no opportunity for cross-training. - The Accounts Receivable department is understaffed, with only one person managing four plant locations. - The compensation does not reflect the workload and responsibilities. - There is a lack of diversity and versatility in terms of ethnicity. - Some team members are unresponsive to concerns, making it difficult to address issues. - Some team members exhibit unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
