      Love many of the people I work with, at various levels. Exciting place to be. Fun environment. Interesting work.

      Senior management takes advantage of and mistreats even the best employees - can be very disheartening. Low reward for high level of loyalty and going above/beyond, even when positive results show. Not very stable.

      They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

      Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
