      There are a few decent co-workers at lower levels.

      Terrible leadership. Lots of empty promises. Constantly have to pick up the slack of lazy workers. Absolutely no recognition of good hard work. Promotions based on favoritism, not potential or work ethic.

      They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

      Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
