You will find that a lot of employees stay with Universal for a long time, I stayed with them for over 7 years and then went seasonal, I still keep in contact with everyone I have ever worked with and always look forward to going to work in such a fun environment.

Hot and rainy days in Florida weather, but you do get a nice suntan, they request you put on sunscreen if you work outside, but you still get a nice healthy tan...you know a farmers/golfers/etc...tan.

They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
