This is a compan y that doesn't care about its CSR's. The central scheduling call center is managed by nasty people who are doing shady things with scheduling, billing and booking appointments. One situation where this was noticed was when the call center manager was reporting that a rep she was in cahoots with, was taking 25 calls a day, while in reality that person took only 5 calls. In addition, this happened for all imaging, MRI and X-ray tests. They also do not like people of certain ethnicity and will often create a hostile working environment for those people so that they leave the company as soon as they got there. One way they do this is by having a supervisor coming to reps and sniffing them, making accusations and writing slanderous reports.
