Vantaggi

-remote work if you wanted to -some equipment was provided depending on your role -401k match was good if you could be hired full-time -contract team was pleasant to work with

Svantaggi

-management goes out of their way to give you the run-around when asking questions about job security, job advancement, and pay rates -management expects you to take on additional work without additional pay, leaving you to have to fight for proper compensation -schedule was often posted late -management does not have safety nets for any project or any role: if someone is missing for any reason you can expect there to be chaos rather than a backup plan of any kind -communication between departments is awful, and you are left waiting anywhere from hours to days for answers from the sales team - no job security -CEOs seem to lack any sort of awareness of how to address the company workforce at large, and often end up giving rambling speeches during meetings rather than anything of substance when it comes to the state of the company

Vantaggi

Unlimited PTO, and great if you’re still stuck in college sorority mindset and intend on staying within this toxic industry forever.

Svantaggi

Management lacks a value for their employees which is reflected in their low pay, the stripping of 401(k) benefits, and girls are constantly pinned against each other. No department is knowledgeable of their role, nor are there processes in place for many procedures. The business is ran entirely from excel spreadsheets, and led by Oh Holy Senior Sorority girl. Management lacks an ability to put their foot down and assert themselves as leaders, often being too scared of hurting someone’s feelings in order to do the best thing for the company. They’ll fly you out to Cleveland, but once you’re there you get $15 for an entire day of food - but hey, you get free drinks on them! Just to return to your hotel room with a designated roommate. Alcoholic culture is rampant, as well as a social pressure to join their religious clubs. Girls are nice to your face, but have private group chats and will pick you apart privately. Hard skills are weak, and rarely transferable to any other industry, keeping employees feeling trapped within the confines of UTees, with promises of promotion just beyond the horizon at all times. They constantly lay off high performers, while neglecting any employee or customer feedback. They’re behind trends by about 10 years and any suggestion of change is swiftly negated.
